| Bar-transgenic wheat has the effect of resisting herbicide, and the common wheat cultivars is a heterohexaploid with AABBDD genomes, therefore, Bar gene can be inserted to the genomes in different ways, namely, any chromosome of the A, B, D genomes may be the localization of Bar gene. In order to probe the effects of different loci of Bar gene inserted to the receptors and the cross ways between the genome, L34 into D genome and AnNong98005, a local cultivars in Anhui province, and their 4 hybrid F1 gotten by reciprocal cross, were used as materials, and their agronomy traits, including plant height,leaf number,tillering number,space of flag leaf,spike length and the yield, and the photosynthetic peculiarities including diurnal photosynthetic rate,diurnal transpiration rate, and diurnal photosynthetic during different periods, and also the quality traits including MDA,POD,SOD lip peroxidation, elimination system of activated oxygen, water content,SDS sedimentation,protein content,the ratio of amylose or smlopetin,swelling power,AWRC, were investigated and tested in the experiment. The results were follows as: 1. The effects of Bar inserted B and D genomes on the comprehensive traits of wheatAt the aspects of agronomy traits, L34 was better than L28 inserted B genome in the leaf number,tillering number,space of flag leaf,1000-grain weight and yield of per plant.At the aspects of photosynthetic trait. During flowering stage, L34 was higher than L28 at the aspect of photosynthetic rate per daily. L34 was lower than L28 at the aspect of transpiration rate per daily. L28 was lower than L34 at the aspect of moisture utilizing rate. It showed that Bar-transgenic cultivars L28 needed more water than L34, but L28 was low at the aspect of moisture utilizing rate. The ability of resisting adverse environment of L28 was weak and apt to be threaten by adverse environment. During the primary growth and development, the content of ch1 of L28 leaf was higher than that of L34.During tillering stage, flowering stage, the content of ch1 of L34 was higher than that of L28.The days that net photosynthetic rate and the content of ch1 of L28 have achieved the maximum was early to that of L34. That showed the senescence phases of L28 was earlier than L34. At the aspect of physiology, the content of MDA in L34 at winter stage and ripening stage was high to that of L28, but the case was reverse at jointing stage, tillering stage, filling grain stage. The content of SOD in L34 was high to that of L28 from winter stage to flowering stage, but the case was reverse from late filling grain stage to maturity stage. The content of POD was high to that of at winter stage, late jointing stage, but the case was reverse from tillering stage to maturity stage.During the wheat growth and development, the date SOD to maximum was late that of POD, MDA, the date that MDA,POD,SOD of L34 to maximum was late that of L28.At the aspect of quality character,the content of water,AWRC in L28 were higher than those in L34,but the case was reverse in SDS sedimentation,protein content,the ratio amylose/amylopetin and swelling power. When the transgenic was insert in different chromosome, the cultured transgenic cultivars had no such significant different between quality and agronomy character.The way of hybridization of culturing new cultivars with Bar-transgenic wheat line. By culturing new cultivars through reciprocal cross with AnNong , it found that reciprocal cross had significant differences with hybrid F1 progenies? index in agronomical trait, photosynthetic rate, the activity of enzyme in elimination systems of activated oxygen. The experiment showed that positive hybrid (AnNong×L28, AnNong×L34) were better than negative hybrid cultivars at the aspects of agronomical and production traits, and at the aspects of photosynthetic peculiarities, positive hybrid cultivars were better than positive hybrid ones in photosynthetic amount in the daytime, the rate of water using.
