In this research, fourteen Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L.) clones andthree elite single tree collected from three product site ofZhejiang, Hunan, Shandong province which have carried outrandomized block experiment at Tancheng, Laizhou in Shandongprovince, have been studied systematically on the variationdiscipline of growth, morphological and biochemical character fromphenology, morphologic, anatomy, enzymology, and so on. They arephenological phases to blossoming, character of blossoming,configuration index of microstrobil (length, width, fresh weight),length of anther, width of anther, configuration of pollen(polar-length, diameter), pollen productivity, germinationpercentage, vigor of pollen, protective Enzymes activity and so on.Comprehensive analysis has been made for these indexes in order toreveal the internal mechanisms and to provide scientific basis forresearch of Ginkgo male-tree biology. Date settled and analysedthrough EXCELL, SAS and SPSS software, growth curve simulation arecarried out through CurveExper1.3 software. These are notable difference of elite single tree and clonesof Ginkgo about the indexes of growth, morphological and viabilityand so on, except TTC dyeing trial. 3赵文飞:银杏雄株开花生物学特性研究 Primary flowering phases on grafted tree is about 2 years, whichis mainly existing on short-shoot of the long segment from two yearto four year. With the increasing of shoot-age, not only thepercentage of short-shoot blossoming is increasing, but also thenumber of microstrobil is increasing. seated-flower is very few onone-year-old segment. The blossoming phenological phases of Ginkgo is influencedprimarily by geography position .The phonological phases postponeswith the increasing of the degree of latitude. Comparing nativecultivar of Shandong province, the flowering-phase is earlier thanthe grafted-tree in Laizhou which come from Hunan about two or threedays. Under the influence of oceanic climate, the phonologicalphases of clones in Laizhou is later than the grafed-tree of laizhouabout ten or fifteen day. The influence to flowering of species siteis smaller than that of geographic segregation. In the same trialsite, early-flower clones, medium-flower clones,late-flowerclones are represented of the phonological phases of Ginkgo male-tree. Not only the length of microstrobil of G0007 (Taian) is thelongest ,but also the width of anther is biggest in all Ginkgo clonesand elite tree .The clones of G0008 has thickest width ofmicrostrobil. The number of anther of microstrobil about G0008 isthe most in all clones, the average number of anther is aboutsixty-three; Length of anther of 5#(Laizhou) is about 2.6 mm, whichis the longest in all clones and elite tree .The clones of 005# has 4山东农业大学硕士学位论文the biggest diameter.when the pollen shrinked, the polar-length ofpollen of 005# is biggest. The elite tree of G0008 has biggest fresh weight about 0.25g .The pollen productivity of G0008 is also the biggest in all clonesand elite tree, about 5.64%. Compared with TTC dyeing, the germination percentage of Ginkgopollen is differenced markedly among all clones by the means ofculture. Different culture medium has different influence togermination percentage of Ginkgo pollen. Germination percentage ofGinkgo pollen is highest when the sucrose concentration is 1.0%.With the increasing of the concentration of boric acid, germinationpercentage of Ginkgo pollen is increasing. The elite tree of G0008has the highest germination percentage. However, not only thereisn't different among all clones and elite tree, but also thebiggest pollen vigor is the elite tree of G0008 by TTC dyeing.Likewise, there is also different between the means of TTC dyeingand culture, so the two means can't be compared together.
