Nowadays, there are many problems about sprinkler and micro-sprinkler irrigation. Inthe first place, overlap ratio is very high when using the combined circular sprinkler tosprinkle. Secondly, circular sprinkler can't sprinkle enough and can sprinkle out. Thirdly, thestructure of present irregular sprinkler is complicated; the price is high; the quality is poor. Inorder to develop our country's sprinkler and micro-sprinkler irrigation rapidly and deal withthese mentioned problems or deficiency, the paper puts forward a new type irregular sprinkler——Four-Nozzle Sprinkler. To illustrate, the paper systematically studied the principle,structure design, performance parameters of the sprinkler and theoretic analyzed thepossibility that the sprinkler can spray irregularly when the current goes through irregularnozzles. On the base of these, the author did some experiments about the three nozzles.Meanwhile, the author compared the qualities among them by analyzing the data got inexperiments. The contents of the paper are as followed:1. Nowadays, there are many problems about our country's sprinkler and micro-sprinkler irrigation. So it is urgent to pay much more attention to these problems. The author brought about the Four-nozzle Sprinkler.2. The author analyzed the possibility of the Four-nozzle Sprinkler on the base of the principle of sprinkler design, the theory of whirlpool movement through the nozzle, and hydraulics. And the author selected the appropriate parameters for the all parts of the sprinkler.3. In contrast to the traditional ways to study the irrigation products, the author used an advanced way to cope with some things. A wonderful technology, named Rapid Prototyping improves the production efficiency. What's more, it makes some difficult things become easy.4. The author got the data by the experiment in the field. After dealing with these datum, the author drew the picture of sprinkler area and calculated the degree of uniformity of spraying.5. The author defined the square index on the base of analyzing the other researcher' views.6. Though the Four-nozzle Sprinkler can meet the aim to spray squarely, there are many great problems that are needed to solve.
