The dendrocola mycoflora of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica and the interaction between the common habiting fungus of P. sylvestris var. mongolica and Sphaeropsis sapinea were studied by ways of mycology, forest pathology and community ecology, and the single P. sylvestris var. mongolica tree in artificial forest is as research object. 34 species of fungi were isolated and identified from bud, needle and bark of P. sylvestris var. mongolica, in which 1 species belongs to Mastigomycotina, 2 species belong to Zygomycotina, 2 species belong to Ascomycotina and 29 species belong to Deuteromycotina. 8 species are bud-habiting fungi, the population quantity increase with the height of crowns increasing, and the population quantity exterior tissue is more than interior's. 26 species of fungi were obtained from needle, species and quantity of 1-2-year-old needle apparently less than that of 3-year-old and over 3-year-old. The species of fungi on upper crown layer is most, lesser in lower layer and least in middle layer. 19 species of fungi were obtained from stem, the population quantity increase with the height of stem increasing, but the species decrease. The result of analysis to the relationship of diversity and disease in dendrocola community shows that the more the diversity and evenness of dendrocola, the less the probability of disease occurrence. The diversity and evenness of bud-habiting fungi decrease with the crown down. To needle-habiting fungi on 1-2-year-old and 3-year-old needle, the indices of diversity on upper canopy and lower canopy are higher than that on middle canopy. And to needle-habiting fungi on over 3-year-oldneedle, the indices of diversity on the lower canopy is higher than that on the upper canopy, and the indices of evenness is lower. So the probability of disease occurrence on the upper and middle canopy are less than that on lower canopy. The indices of diversity of fungi on stem decreases with the height of stem increasing. But the indices of evenness is highest on the base of stem, lesser is on upper stem and least is on middle stem. It is prove that the disease on middle stem is more serious, less is on lower stem, and t upper stem is seldom infected.6 species of tree-habiting fungi were screened by antagonistic culture with Sphaeropsis sapinea. The antagonistic ability was judged by the relative antagonistic effect. The absolute antagonistic effect from high to low is as 001 > Trichoderma viride 2 > Trichoderma viride1 >Trichoderma harzianum >Chaetomium cochliodes > Lacellinopsis. The relative antagonistic effect is different, from high to low is Trichoderma viride2 > 001 > Chaetomium cochliodes> Trichoderma viride 1 > Lacellinopsis> Trichoderma harzianum. 6 species of fungi all have the antagonistic ability to Sphaeropsis sapinea, and can be used in biocontrol.
