The tuber of Alisma orientale( Sam.)Juzep can be use a Chinese herbal medicine, which has long history of more than 2000 years. The planting areas suitable for Alisma was located in Fujian and Sichuan provinces,in which "Alisma orientate (sam.)Juzep" or "Alisma plantago-aquatica "was regarded as original medicine materials. In order to make A.orientate (sam.)Juzep high quality ,high yield and public nuisance free, and match to international standards,in this paper ,the historical cultural history, ecological environment, standard sowing seeds.reasonable planting rate ,fertilizer and water management .disease and pests of science control for the plant were investigated, at last the standard cultivation and management procedure was set up.The practice of production demonstration for continuous two years indicated that these standard cultivation and management measures were superior to guaranteeing high yield in the premise of maintaining A.orientale( Sam.) Juzep medicine material higher quality and better repeatability. The main results were as follows :The result of inspection indicated that the town of Jianou Jiyang is not only original production area of A. orientale (sam.)Juzep and but also has favorable ecological environment suiting to yield green Chinese herbal medicine. The results of field experiment showed that the traditional method for sowing seeds was not scientific. Seeds were soaked in the 43% Horizon SC(2000 times) for eight hours before seeding, the disease would be postponed 11 days to occur than that in the tradition method .After the seeds were sowed for 30 days , the disease outbreak rate in terms of seedling plant and leaf seedling was only 28.4% , and for 8.6% respectively. Moreover, adopting the sparse sowing method was benefitted to attain to the purpose of growing health and strong seedling, the amount of 1m2 seedling bed was l-1.5g properly. It was also indicated that sparsely planting method was benefited for the accumulation of nutrient in root tuber part ,in turn enhanced the grades of A. orientale( Sam.) Juzep quality therefore the adoptation of the proper planting density spacing at 40cm X 40cm for A.orientale (sam.)Juzep were recommended.and it could be the result that the application of aifeng organic humic acid liquid fertilizer mixed with imported complex fertilizer(fertilizer cost 1:1), coupling with the water administration with wet in early stage and water layer kept in late stage was benefited to make the fertilizer and water effect better and medicine material yield higher. At the same time, the results of field trial for the efficacy of fungicides against White spot disease showed that the control effect of both 40% Nustar EC(1:3000) and 30% TrifmineWP(l:1500) to White spot disease reached 96.24% or 90.20% at 5 days after treatment of one times , 98.65% or 93.54% at 5 days after treatment of twice;the control effect of both 10% polyxinBin WP(500 times) and 2% Kasugamycin AS (500 times) to White spotIIdisease were up to 83.54% or 81.27% at 5 days after treatment of one times too , 87.96% or 84.71% at 5 days after treatment of twice .It was suggested that if each of pesticides as mentioned above should be applied two times continuously in interval 6 days against the White spot disease when the disease occurrs in the early period of infection. The field trial results also indicated that 10%Abamectin .chlorpyrifos EC(1:1000) was very greatly effective to control young larva of Plusia agnata Staudinger .The control effect of 10% abamectin .chlorpyrifos EC(1:1000) was up to 94.21% at 1 days after treatment, 98.16% at 5 days after treatment , 98.85% at 10 days after treatment. Moreover, it was also indicated that 10% Chlorfenapyr SC(1:1500) was significantly effective to control young larva of Plusia agnata Staudinger too, exhibiting that the control effect of 10% Chlorfenapyr SC(1:1500) was up to 96.11% at 10 days after treatment. The results also showed that 3% Mospilan EC (3000 times) was markedly effective to control Rhopalosiphum nymphaeae Linne , performing that the control...
