Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is one of the most important medicinal plants in northern China and it also possesses significant value in ecological protection. Peoples have studying its medical value for many years, but its resource and cultivation measures hasn't been studied well. So this make its SOP can't be established in the process of actualizing Scutellaria baicalensis GAP planting. The systematic studies on nutrition management in Scutellaria baicalensis cultivation can establish scientific and reasonable cultivating measure, improve the yield and quality of Scutellaria baicalensis medicinal materials and protect the wild resources. At the same time, the achievement can provide scientific foundation for standardization cultivation of Scutellaria baicalensis. Therefor, on the basis of field investigation, potted experiment and chemical analysis in laboratory, systematic studies were carried out and acquire some important conclusions. The main results are as follows:At first,elicit the agreement climate conditions according to a great deal of information. Then, plot Scutellaria baicalensis distributing area into eight soil zone subregion. Scutellaria baicalensis mainly grows on sandy loam soil and the soil pH-value is neutral to alkali. Comparing to other places in the soil, the concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are lower, and the trace elements change a lot from area to area. As to the absorbtion of the wild Scutellaria baicalensis leaf, phosphorus, potassium, iron and copper are relatively higher, nitrogen, zinc and manganese are comparatively lower.Some important conclusions.were acquired by potted fertilzer experiment The results are as follows,One, in nitrogen experiment, before the dosage of nitrogen fertilization reaches0.10- 0.15g/L, increasing the dosage of nitrogen fertilization accelerates the growth and yield indicator. When the dosage reaches 0.15g/L, almost all indicators are highest, when the dosage exceeds 0.15g/L, all the indicators decline.Two, In nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium combination experiment, the optimum fertilization dosage is primarily defined as N:0.149g/L, P:0.220g/L, K:0.098g/L.And the optimum range is N:0.108~0.178g/L, P:0.157~0.311g/L, K:0.067~0.139g/L.Three, the impact of the same fertilizer to one year old Scutellaria baicalensis is more obvious than it to two year old Scutellaria baicalensis.Four, Four kinds of trace elements including manganese, molybdenum, boron and zinc can improve the growth indicators ,yield and quality of Scutellaria baicalensis to different extent. Boron and zinc are good.Five, in organic fertilizer experiment, the promotive effect of chicken fertilizer is good,then people' fertilizer,the effect of horse and sheep fertilizer is inferior.
