Commercial forest assets management is to obtain the maximum economic profits by the media of forestry products. The starting point and end intention is pursuing the rate of return on investment of assets management, the value increasing service is the center of evaluating methods, tactics and technology of managementThis dissertation details mainly three aspects:﹖he ripe appraisal of forest in the commercial forest assets management. This part analyze content of the forest mature on asset management .which is to pursue the maximum average investment repays annually, put forward to evaluating the ripe of forest in asset management with annually average net present value through comparing the kinds of economic mature evaluating methods which is used usually now, and make a particular show how to deal with the each factor inside of formula in a specific way, and discuss the technique of changing the ripeness in the different circumstance;﹕tudy sensitive analysis of four main factors influencing the economic income of working section, draw out several characteristics by analyzing the result of sensitive analysis, put forward the homologous measure according to the characteristics to decline the risk of management; ﹑robe into the technique of disposition of tree species in subcompartment assets management, analyze the economic harvest of working section, and evaluate the land productivity of the woodland, at the same time, provide the moving model and its operating steps that join working section with the land productivity of subcompartment to dispose.Demonstration analysis of asset management for commercial forest-acompany in south of china . which prove validity of theories and provide the references for company management.
