Study On Management Appaisement System Of Forest Resource Assets

In order to implement capitalized management of forest resources, the first and foremost task is to make clear the exact value of the forest resources by evaluating the assets. Regarding this as the foundation, with the appraisement of the management of forest resources property, the executive's accomplishment can be investigated and the executive exaltation to operate the level can be encouraged, so that the enterprises can provide the more and more high-quality timber product for society, and can realize the indepreciation and increment of the forest resources assets, as a good result that an ecological and social benefit of forest can be achieved. Forestry center, the prime manager of the commercial forest assets affects the development of the forestry by its management level. With the development of computer science, it needs the help of efficient, fast and exact computer software to complete a series of calculation of forest resource assets evaluation and management estimation. This article applies VISUAL FOXPR06.0 language to systemic software design of the evaluation and operation estimation of the timber forest in forestry center.This article uses the method of subcompartment evaluation to evaluate the value of forestry center timber forest, on the basis of this, it puts forward a set of scientific, reasonable and practical indicator system about the management estimation of forest resource assets, then makes an objective estimation to its management level by the method of AHP-Delphi and efficiency coefficient. This study takes national forestry center A as a case and appraises the timber forest manage status about 1999, 2000 and 2001, and use 2000 and 2001 financial statement data to make an elementary estimation about management status of national forestry center A. It shows that the management effect of national forestry center A is satisfactory, and it not only realizes itself economic benefits, but also gets high social benefits.
