The stricture of genetic ground in northeastern soybean results in the yield of soybean increase slowly.Creasing and making use of new germplasm resource to widen the genetic ground is the basic approach to increasing yield of soybean.Taking advantage of chemical inducer is a effect approach,it can be practiced easily and the ratio of mutant is high.The variation of resource is great by treatment with NaN3 , 86 breed derived Dongnong42 and dongnong 163 and 16 agricultural generalized breed are tested in this research on the quantity of oil,fatty acid,prolaminand, isoflavone. the results show that on the quantity of isoflavone,87.5%of the breed are higher than contrast very obviously in group 1,and in group 2 the percentage of higher and lower are both 46.3%; on the quantity of prolaminand, all of the breed are higher than contrast very obviously in group 1, and in group 2 the percentage of higher and lower are 40.7% and 9.3%; on the quantity of watersolved protein,9.38% of the breed are higher than contrast very obviously and 78.12% are lower obviously in group 1, and in group 2 the percentage of higher and lower are35.19% and 46.30%. on the quantity of basicsolved protein,1 breed is lower than contrast very obviously,and in group 2 the percentage of higher and lower are 25.93% and 40.74%;on the quantity of oil , 25%of the breed are higher than contrast very obviously in group 1, and in group 2 the percentage of higher and lower are 25.9% and 59.3% ,we select the species varied obviously .the breed that differ from contrast very obviously and some of their quantity beyond all the agricultural generalized breed are selected.The determination of fatty acid component show that the quantity of fatty acid is reletive to quantity of oil, and we select the 9 breeds which quantity of linolenic acid is lower than contrast .
