This paper studied the changing rules of soil microbe (ammonia ,nitrifers ,denitrifers ) about nitrogen cycle (amination ,nitrification ,denitrification ) under different fertilizing patterns , and the effect on the (amination ,nitrification ,denitrification), in order to do some research in theory more deep nitrogen cycling , supplied science direction for using nitrogen fertilization in practice , providing a certain guide for producing green food and organic food. The main conclusion were :1.During the whole growth stage of sweat , the ammonia bacterias number of was 6.19×107/g.dry.soil, the denitrifers number was 4.03×104 g.dry.soil, it showed that applying farm manure could improve the growth of ammonia and transition of organic nitrogen to NH3-N;the second is chemical fertilizing ,chemical and farm manure could stimulating the breeding of denitrifer and nitrifers , the denitrifer's growing could cause the increasing of denitrification intensity.2 Amination intensity of manure and chemical treatment were higher than that of maize straw ang CK., it show that the organic nitrogen content in farm manure and chemical fertilization were high .The nitrification intensity of manure through the whole period of sweat was the most ,the second was chemical treatment .,that of CK was declining directly ;Turn of denitrification intensity was : chemical treatment >farm manure>maize straw>CK.3 The content of quick-result nitrogen was decreasing through the growth period of sweat , that of manure treatment , so it could be concluded that applying farm manure could providng nitrogen stable, but chemical fertilization made the content of nitrogen in every stage of sweat not stable and easy to leaching . 4 Soil temperature and humidity were correlated with soil bacterias number(ammonia nitrifers denitrifer )and biochemical intensity ,but not significantly . Effect of soil pH on the biochemical action intensity was obvious .the organism matter correlates with nitrification intensity very well, (r bourgeon=0.3545,rthree leaves=0.4004,rstem pushing=0.9828**,r tassel=0.9981 **,r mature=0.9927**).It showed that applying farm manure benefited on the transition of nitrogen in soil , applying chemical fertilization had the same effect but it improved the loss of nitrogen and denitrification intensity .soil of Applying maize straw and farm manure have high C/N, this was favored to amination and nitrification intensity , restraining denitrification .So applying this two kind of fertilization could improve the transition of soil nitrogen and decrease the nitrogen loss of denitrification. 5 Applying maize straw could decrease the harm to soil and biology, improve soil qauntity , repairing soil microecology ,maintain the healthy of matter and energy cycling .then the farm manure repairing the soil ecology better than chemical fertilization . chemical fertilization could improve the accelerate the growth of part upground ,but not benefit to root growing . So chemical fertilization the fastness of crop was not so well under the intimidation of environment . .Farm manure could accelerate growth of roots but not so well as CK, the reason was not clear. The yield of farm manure treatment was 28.4% higher than chemical treatment , so When the chemical fertilization was replaced by farm manure , the yield of sweat didn't decline ,but inclined in some degree.Appliant: Liu Shuyu Major: EcologySupervisor: Prof.Wang Hongyan...
