This experiment studies the effect of nutrients,biochemical effect, microbial quantity of calcareous soil by different of applying chemical,chicken manure,microbial fertilizer, the results showed that:(1) The content of soil organic matter of different treatments improved, effect of the chicken manure treatment was the most significant, and increased 36.1% than CK, followed with chemical+chicken manure+microbial and chemical+chicken manure fertilizer, no significant differences were observed.The effect of chemical was not significant.(2) The content of total N improved, the effect chicken manure treatment was obvious, content of soil NH4+-N of chemical+ chicken manure+microbial increased 38.4% than CK, followed with chemical+ chicken manure, content of soil NO3N of chemical+chicken manure increased 27.4% than CK,and there was not significant difference between them.(3) The content of total P improved, content of chemical was lower than others, and no significant differences were observed. Content of soil avail.P of chemical+chicken manure+microbial was maximum, increased 25% than CK in mature period.(4) The intensity of soil ammonification of chemical+chicken manure+microbial increased was the biggest,increased 32.4% than CK,and was significantly higher than chemical+chicken manure in corn growing period.And the effect of chicken manure was better than chemical treatment.The intensity of soil nitrification of chemical+chicken manure was most obvious, and increased 28.8% than CK, and no significant differences were observed between chemical+chicken manure and chemical+chicken manure+microbial, the effect of chicken manure was slightly better than chemical treatment.The intensity of soil nitrogen fixation of chemical+chicken manure+microbial trwatment improved obviously, increased by 23.3% than CK, significantly better than other treatments,and the effect of chemical+chicken manure, the chicken manure treatment was better than the chemical.The intensity of cellulose decomposition of different treatment improved than CK,the effect of chemical+chicken manure+microbial was stronger than chemical+chicken manure and chicken manure treatments, but no significant difference between them,the effect of chemical was the lowest level.(5) Soil microbial quantity increased evidently after fertilization.The number of bacteria of chemical+chicken manure+microbial increased noticeably, the amount of fungi of chicken manure treatment increased significantly, actinomycete population of all treatments increase obviously.
