The experiments were adopted potted plant and took Cucumber and soil that never planted cucumber in open field (0), the cucumber greenhouse soil of continue cropping two years and seven years, the tomato greenhouse soil of continue cropping nine years, the cucumber greenhouse soil of rotating fifteen years (planted soybean or wheat in autumn and winter), eighteen years and twenty-one years as the objects in the research to study soil enzymes activities of catalase, peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, urease, invertase, protease and the relationships between soil enzymes and soil fertilities, and provided academic thereunder to reform soil environment of greenhouse, foster soil, enhance soil enzyme activities, advance translation of soil nutrient, create substance basis of high and steady yield and high quality of crop. The results showed that:1 Dynamic change of soil enzymes activities of different growth years of Cucumber. The tendency of soil enzymes activities of catalase, urease(beside seedling period) of different period of duration with different growth years protracted firstly increased, and decreased, finally increased in zero years, two years, seven years, nine yearsï¼›activities of peroxidase of different period of duration with different growth years protracted firstly decreased, and increased, finally decreased in zero years, two years, seven years, nine years; activities of invertase with different growth years protracted firstly increased, decreased, and increased, decreased, finally increased, decreased in zero years, two years, seven years, nine years, fifteen years, eighteen years, twenty-one years. 2 Influence of growth years on soil enzyme activities of Cucumber.The tendency of soil enzymes activities of catalase of different growth years with different period of duration protracted firstly decreased and then increased, finally decreased; the tendency of activities of Peroxidase (apart from eighteen years) with different period of duration protracted firstly descreased and then increased; the tendency of activities of Polyphenol oxidase firstly increased and then descreased in zero years, two years, seven years, nine years; the tendency of activities of invertase with different period of duration protracted firstly increased and then descreased in zero years, two years, seven years, fifteen years; activities of protease with different period of duration protracted firstly descreased and then increased, finally decreased in two years, seven years, nine year, fifteen years, eighteen years twenty-one years. 3 The relationship between one-soil enzyme and another soil enzyme They reached to significant anode relevance bewteen catalase and urease, catalase and invertase, and protease and urease; they reached to significant cathode relevance bewteen peroxidase and catalase, peroxidase and invertase, and polyphenol oxidase and urease. They reached to anode relevance bewteen catalase and protease, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase,urease and invertase, protease and invertase; they reached to cathode relevance bewteen peroxidase and urease, peroxidase and protease, catalase, polyphenol oxidase and invertase, polyphenol oxidase and catalase.
