China is traditional agriculture country, it is urgent to guarantee the production of the com especially on the situation of the decreasing of the earth , the problem of the agricultural product become more important. So the mechanic of the drying of the grain should be noticed to increase the quantity and the quality of the com.The structure of the drier is simple , but the drying process are non-linear ,changing with the time and multi-variable. Due to the impact of the uncertainty factor , it is hard to establish the precision of the mathematic model. Though the theory can recognize the controlled object which short of the mathematic model, it is hard to get useful control effect because of the complication and the disadvantage in the real- time control.Nowadays, fuzzy-control get succeed in many control application. For it not need to know the mathematic model of the system , it become the first choice in the auto-control drying system.This test system established fuzzy reasoning system first, then passed it as parameter to fuzzy-control imitating module by taking full advantage of fuzzy-logic toolbox and SIMULINK in MATLAB, simulating the factual running situation through PC by combining graphic tools.This paper confirmed relative control parameter according to actual situation of the drier, setting up the material humidity-temperature fuzzy-control software and hardware system with 8031 microprocessor system, presenting factual work procedure flow, controlling timing system by using new type frequency conversion. Meanwhile it obligated the extended interface to preparing the further function.There are some new ideas in this paper. First , applying fuzzy control aglorithm to grain drying.The assembly language can meet the need of real-time control.second,desiging the fuzzy controller on the base of microprocessor then simulinking by using of MATLAB toolbox and the result proved that the fuzzy controller was practicable...
