The fresh and storage of farm products is one of the mainly contests of the new technical revolution in agriarlture. 1t is the key segment of reprofitment from farm products. The posterior product loss of farm product is vast every year in our country. For example, the posterior product loss of vegetable generaly is between twenty-five percent and fourty percent. Therefore, our county is in dire need of reinforcing trre technological research of fresh and storage of farm products, extending and applying the relative gain, developing energetically the industry of fresh and storage of farm products.In various forms of storage, china main use is cold, compared with cold, air storage can achieve more comprehensive effect by air composition adjustment. This study design an monitoring and removing control device for ethylene used in air storage in order to salve the low degree in automation, the expensive prices and the poor quality of fresh and storage of farm products. Mainly involves the following contents:Firstly, the thesis comparated and analysed the method of ethylene scavengers and ozone produce technology and provided the design scheme to ethylene scavengers used high-voltage electric generated ozone.Secondly, the thesis designed a automatic monitoring and controlling system which takes the integrated circuit AT89C51 as the control core,designed a system composed of calendar clock chip DS1302, clock max7219 LED drive chip, 8-bit 7 section of LED monitors, keyboard circuit ect interface circuit, and assembly language program, realized the real-time clock shows, adjusting function.Thirdly, in order to realize real-time monitoring and display of the concentration of ethylene, the thesis designed the data acquisition module composed of the sensor circuit, 8bits A/D converter chip ADC0832 ect and assembly language program.Fourly, from the Angle of human intelligence and, ozone generator can work in manual control mode and automatic control mode through the key choice. The system can control the ethylene concentration of freshness storehouse through the control starting and stopping of the ozone generator.Fively, starting with the basic theory of fuzzy control, the thesis analysed and comparatively studied the design methods of fuzzy controller and the realization methods of fuzzy control, on the basis of which, the rules of the fuzzy control table of ethylene scavengers were calculated and carried on the simulation to this fuzzy control rules by using the MATLAB,and proved this method rationality and the feasibility.Finally, for improving security of system, this thesis introduces some anti-disturbance measures.The monitoring and removing control device for ethylene of fruits and vegetables freshness storehouse that the thesis study can improve the removal of gas storage ethylene concentration control automation level and control precision.
