The whole area of saline-alkali soil of our country, in above 3,466,700h m2 among them what has already cultivated has exceeded 1 million hm2, acco unt for 30%,have 70% development utilize.So develop and spend the saline-alkali soil having very important practice meanings to sustainable development and food security in the future of the agriculture of our country.This text is it pay test design to is used to go on research and screen to the brown coal, sulphur,gypsum and furfural dreg, adopting soil incubation experinment, pot experiment and field experiment,systematic research effect of brown coal,sulphur and gypsum on physical, chemical and biological properties of saline-alkali soil,physiological index of plant salt-tolerance and the output of different plants, thus the best combination of brown coal,sulphur and gypsum is obtained.The result are as follows:1 .Wheat field experiment indicates,the brown coal and sulphur can improve t-he physical property of the saline-alkali soil,the two cooperate reduce soil unit weight of the saline-alkali soil, promote osmosis speed. 2.Pot experiment of spinach prove it is different that aneliorant combinations influence chemical priperty of saline-alkali soil,Data range of levels indicates that the biggest is brown coal,the second is sulphur,the third is gypsum,the last is furfural dreg.The best combination is that applys brown coal 4500kg/hm2, sulphur 600kg/hm2,gypsum 3000kg/hm2 and furfural dreg 600kg/hm2. 3.The associations of brown coal ,sulphur and gypsum can improve the content of biomass nitrogen and carbon of the saline-alkali soil,among them, the brown coal and sulphur are main factors of influencing the biological nature of saline-alkali soil,to construct sulphur 600kg/hm2,brown coal4500kg/hm2 and gypsum 3000kg/hm2 is best combination.The combianton of brown coal and sulphur can improve urease,protease and catalase activity,increase the saline-alkali soil bacterium,the fungi and acrinomycetes quantity .4.Under condition of different temperature and sulphur consumption, the brown coal and gypsum can promote oxidation of sulphur,the oxidational rate of sulphul is the highest under the condition of applying brown coal and gypsum;The sulphur is oxidized for SO42~ the oxidational rate of sulphur during 0-15 days' incubtation was the highest on the whole,reach the maximum basically within 30 days,up to the extension of time,SO42" the content is reduced to some extent;Final SO42 -content, Ig sulphur / kg treatment of soil greater than 0.5g sulphu/kg treatment of soil,become multiple increase,the sulphur is higher than the room temperature in the efficiency of oxidizing of 30 degrees Centigrade (10-20 degrees Centigrade). 5.The effect of the ameliorant combiantions on plant salt-tolerance of different plants is different.The combiantion of brown coal sulphur,gypsum and furfural dreg can improve K+content and net photosynthesis rate of spinach.Compare with as blank,the combination of brown coal,sulphur and gypsum can improve organization water content ,chlorophyll and k+content of rose hybrida,reduce salt susceptibility index, soluble caebodydrate and free proline content of rose hybrida.lt is different function that three kinds of ameliorants raise rose hybrida salt-tolerance,brown coal and sulphur are greater than the gypsum The effect of ameliorants combination on pagoda tree salt-tolerance is different from the rose hybrida,the combination of brown coal,sulphur and gypsum can improve content of soluble caebodydrate and free proline.reduce the content of chlorophyll, the main factor that affects pagoda tree salt-tolerance is sulphur and gypsum;Brown coal,sulphur and gypsum and their combinations can improve corn chlorophyll and K+content,reduce the content of soluble caebodybrate and free proline.The associations of the brown coal and sulphur can improve the soluble caebodybrate,chlorophyll,K+ content of the cuttagepoplar,reduce the oozing rate outside the electrolyte.6.The brown coal ,sulphur , gypsum and association can both improve the content of...
