The test study the influence of potato's yield and quality and physiological basis under fertilizing sulphur fertilizer and fertilizing nitrogen fertilizer and sulphur. fertilizer by the way of associating the field test with inside analysis. the material of test is zihuabai cultivar. The result is shown:1 Fertilizing pure sulphur 1.5kg/667m2 and 3kg/667m2's yield of tuber, yield beyond 100g tuber, the yield of dry matter of tuber and the content of starch increase 9.11% and 14.43%,14.06% and 18.67%,13.82% and 19.16%,0.986% and 0.789% than CK's, but the increasing effect gradually decrease with fertilizing sulphur fertilizer's quantity adding, even result in the loss of yield. Fertilizing sulphur fertilizer can improve patoto's quality, for example increasing the content of soluble sugar, the content of Vc and decreasing the content of reducing sugar, therefore potato value of ware is increased.2 Properly fertilizing sulphur fertilizer is good at increasing the content and accumulating quantity of N, P, K, S. the effect is the largest range fertilizing pure sulphur 1.5kg/667m2 to fertilizing pure 4.5kg/667m2. The study find yield and the proportion of N and S accumulating quantity are shown the obvious negative relation(R2=-0.95 P=0.015) during the early period of bulking tuber, the phenomena display excessive nitrogen in plant isn't good at increasing yield during the early period of bulking tuber, but the value of N/S is permitted range 8.4 to 8.6; During the period of bulking tuber the accumulating quantity of N and S reach to the largest quantity ,the value of N/S is permitted rang 7.6 to 7.9 too.3 Under excessive nitrogen fertilizing sulphur can relieve the affect of decreased yield and declined quality by excessive nitrogen fertilizing, sulphur's yield, the yield of dry matter of tuber, the yield beyond 100g tuber under excessive nitrogen add 43.95%,33.90%,56.98% than non-fertilizing sulphur's under excessive nitrogen. Fertilizing sulphur under excessive nitrogen can not only enhance the top value of leaves'area, and the top value can early reach during the early period of bulking tuber, but also constrain the excessive leaves'area of the later growing season.4 Under low nitrogen fertilizing sulphur can enhance the activity of NR. (P=0.05), therefore being good at shoots'absorbing nitrogen during the emergency'period. Under excessive nitrogen fertilizing sulphur can increase the leaves'chlorophyl content thus improve the function of leaves'photosynthesis, therefore be good at making matter of photosynthesis.5 Under excessive nitrogen fertilizing sulphur's the content of N,P,K,S of various organs are higher than others'treatments'. Fertilizing sulphur under excessive nitrogen can improve the absorption of various elements.
