Modernization greenhouse,its course of development has only ten severalyears in our country as one trade.Up to the present,we have not yet producedspecial greenhouse structural safety standards which suit the situations of ourcountry for greenhouse.At present,greenhouse structural design mostly refersto industry-civil architecture standards and some foreign standards,owing tolacking uniform design standards,greenhouse structural designs are sodisordered that we can't unify to supervise productionspecifications,quality,performances and the extension of applications,whichnot only lead to the wastes of resources and capitals,but also affect severelythe benefits of producer and developments of greenhouse industry.Making acomprehensive view the development courses of greenhouse industry fromdeveloped countries,we have found out if greenhouse become an industry,firstof all it must have a series standards from design,construction &installation and management. This paper expounded the necessity and importance of optimization offibre reinforced plastics greenhouse.It is based on the research of thedevelopment lever of Chinese and overseas greenhouse,the present situationthat multi-spans greenhouse is developing in China and the special conditionof our province.Systematic theoretical analysis and approach are completedwith regard to the primary factors and specific methods of the optimumstructural design of fibre reinforced plastics greenhouse. Proceeding from the point of structural internal force,using methods thatare widely used to civil architectural engineer,it is the first time to optimize thestructure of fibre reinforced plastics greenhouse. A structural shape which hasa rational internal force statement is selected from some of the commonstructural shapes of greenhouse.According to the principle of "first whole,thenpart",fibre reinforced plastics greenhouse structural design should deal withthe relations of whole and part ,think much of the determination of structurewhole project ,structure and component design,in order to ensure fibrereinforced plastics greenhouse having high light transmission,low heatconsumption,sufficient ventilation efficiency,adequate structural strength,lowcosts of construction,and low operating cost. 3全玻璃钢温室的优化研究设计 According to the mechanics theory and constructional standards,theloading of fibre reinforced plastics greenhouse was established,and thecalculative model was calculated by PKPM finite element analysis software.Discuss the general process of structural optimization,and define the ordinarymethod on the basis of particularity of optimization of greenhouse.Thestructure of greenhouse was optimized by the function in the optimizingtoolbox of PKPM.Validates the structure optimized,and the result indicate thatthe fiber reinforced plastics quantity of the house was decreased and structureoptimized has fully intensity and stability after optimized. A method for analyzing fibre reinforced plastics greenhouse was putforward in my paper.The structure of fibre reinforced plastics greenhouse wasanalyzed by this method,and optimized.Finally,we can make an optimumdesign which has a rational internal force and arrangement,which caneconomize material ,which is easy to be constructed and can be popularizedwidely.
