Mungbean has advantages of edible, medical, forage vegetable and green manure crops and is also an important export crop in china. Sichuan is one of the main Mungbean producing regions in China, and Mianyang has the regional advantage of planting mungbean in autumn because of abundant soil source, sunlight, heat source and rainfall. But in a long time, as a minor coarse cereal, mungbean production exists many problems, such as breeding miscellany, backwardness of planting technology, careless field management and low and unstable yield, etc.The regulating effects of soaked seeds with different concentrations (0. 5. 10. 20. 30. 40 and 50ppm/kg)S-3307 on high-yielding cultivated physiology, yield formation and stress tolerance of mungbean in autumn were studied. The results are showed as following:1 Applications of S-3307 delayed the germination and growth of upper ground parts in seeding stage, an d hastened the development of root system, so shorten and strong the plant, and dissolved the problems of weak seeding, short vegetative growth period and bad quality and yield of transplanting that caused by too high temperature in middle and late of July;2 S-3307 treatments increased the development of secondary roots, improved root system activity and the capability of absorbing nutrient, consequently increased active root nodules, enhanced nitrogen fixation ability and efficiency and satisfied the dema nd of mungbean on nitrogen effectively. Especially, the best concentration is 30ppm/kg;3 S-3307 treatments not only raised specific leaf weight, increased chlorophyll content, improved photosynthetic rate, but also improved material translation, promoted the carrying of photosynthetic products to seed, benefited to the accumulation of dry matters, accordingly harmonized the proportionaldevelopment of the yield components and enhanced yield;4 S-3307 treatments restrained apical dominance, shortened Intern odelength, reduced branches and peduncle position, increased the amount of main stem branches, second branches and peduncles, and set up foundation for high yield;5 S-3307 treatments markedly enhanced the stress resistance of mungbean, mitigated flower and pod falling caused by high temperature, increased the the individual effective pods, so harmonized the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of mungbean and hastened the development of reproductive organs obviously;6 Through soaking by S-3307 delayed the growing and developing period, the effect was most markedly in early period, while had no significant differences in mature period comparing with the control group. These whole growth periods, impacted the ripeness of mungbean or the seeding of succeeding wheat and rape.
