| This study trained Sderoderma sichuanensis Xiao in 19℃ until the seventh adult emergent. The results show that Sderoderma sichuanensis Xiao is a kind of cold tolerance insect. The training in low temperature make the content of hepatim mannitok total water, fattiness sugar protein significant changed. The results also show that the length of body, the length of abdomen and the wide of abdomen are significant increased, and the color of pro-thorax and met thorax becomes fuscous after the training in low temperature of 19℃. While freezing in 8℃, adults produce large mannitol as a kind of cryoprotectant and large hepatin as a kind of energy deposit. After training in low temperature, the water dissipated is descending. This also indicates that the cold tolerance of adult increased.When adults were divided into 4 groups, the 4 groups are different. That is to say Sderoderma sichuanensis Xiao has the variation of the 4 groups. The second group is the best in the parasitism, the number of adult and the sex proportion. Its characters are following: the color of pro-thorax and met thorax is brown, the color of abdomen is black, the length of body is 2.25~4.4mm, the mean ratio of parasitism is 42.59% in 19℃, the mean number of adult is 20.96.Sderoderma sichuanensis Xiao are used to against the larva of Clytus validus Fairmaire. The mean ratio of parasitism of Sderoderma sichuanensis Xiao training in 19℃ is 83%. And the control can begin in May; it's nearly a month early than before. |
