The research focused on the screening antagonistic bacteria against soil-borne pathogens isolated from the soil, identifying the sort of the antagonistic bateria and preparation of their seed coating chemicals. By a series of bioassay and pot experiments, it is clear that YZ, Y3 and 9-54 strains from 903 strains show good control effects to Cotton Rhizoctoniosis and Rice sheath blight. Through the culture experiments and physiological and biochemical reactions the result determin that YZ, Y3 and 9-54 strains belong to Bacillus subtilis as the same as the stain of BS-208. Furthermore mechanism of antagonism tests prove that the antogonist of YZ, Y3, 9-54 and BS-208 strains don't exsist in the supernatant. While according to the lower level of pelleting in homeland screening the adjuvant and proceeding three orthogonal design-direct tests, we get the optimization of prescription of seed coating chemicals.and confirm the way of machining and pelleting.
