| The optimum ratio of Trichoderma granules and fertilizer mixture to control corn soil-borne diseases in seedling pot experiment was 3:4, Control effect to seedling stalk rot is the best and promoting corn growth at this ratio. Through the large pot experiment and field experiment, it was clear that the dosage of trichoderma granules for 3-5 g in the field was suitable for the production cost, and the disease control effect was good. Compared control effect of Trichoderma granules TCF-1 and TCF-2 to several of corn soil borne disease a.d insect pest. On comprehensive test stations in China, datao of control efficiency showed that control effect of TCF-1 granules to corn stalk rot was 30%-100%, the average control effect was over 60%; control effect to corn sheath blight was 14.6%-100%, average control effect was 53%; control effect to corn ear rot t was 9.4%-68.1%, average control effect was 42%; control effect to corn borer was 10.2%-55.4%, average control effect was 33% or more; Yield increasing rate was 1.33%-16.1%, the average yield increasing rate of 7.2%. The average control effect of TCF-2 granules to corn stalk rotã€sheath blight and ear rot was lower 20% than those of TCF-1 granules, and average yield was lower 1.7% compared with TCF-1 granules.Besides, a new type of high efficiency and low toxicity of corn seed coating XDS was exploited to control corn soil-borne diseases in this paper. Ingredients of XDS seed coating were chlorpyrifos, phoxim, Jinggangmycin, with addition of film formers. Local seed coating as control, with artificial inoculation pathogens and pot experiment in laboratory, test the effect of XDS Seed Coating on Corn stalk rot control effect. Results showed that Seed germination rate, height, root length, fresh weight, dry weight of the treatment were higher than control. Control effect to corn stalk rot was 65% in Seedling pot experiment and 81% in adult stage pot experiment. On comprehensive test stations in China, average control effect of XDS Seed Coating was 41.2%-68% to control corn stalk rot, which was higher than the local Seed Coating average control effect of 23.1%. Average control effect of XDS Seed Coating was 59%-79% to control corn sheath blight, which was higher than the local Seed Coating average control effect of 22%. Average production increase rate was 10%, which was higher than the local seed coating rate 7.9%. Components of XDS seed coating was improved. Results showed inhibited effect of XDS to Fusarium and Pythium was not abvious with addition of diniconazole and brassinolide. XDS seed coating with brassinolide could promot maize seedling growth and increase control effect of 8.6%. |
