The experiment studied some different ways to slow down harless on cow milk performance in high temperature season and increase cow milk performance by adding NaHCO3 and mini-nutritious compound and adopting physical drop in temperature.The three experiments were carried out respective In first experiment , we studied the effects adding NaHCO3 in fodder on cow milk performance. Adopting the cross design, 16 Holstein-Friesian cows of stable production performance were divided into group A and group B. The experiment was divided into two periods. 150g NaHCO3 was added in fodder of treatment for each cow every day. The results indicated: compared with CK, that daily mean milk yield increased by 9.2%, and had an extreme significant difference(P<0.01); the butterfat rate increased by 0.31%, had a significant difference(P<0.05).In the second experiment, mini-nutritious compound was added in fodder of treatment. 15 healthy and mid-lactation Holstein-Friesian cows were randomly divided into three groups, two treatments and one CK. To compare front month and next month variable information, the monthly milk yield of each group was recorded. The results indicated: under the condition of high temperature, the daily mean milk yield of each group was recorded. The results indicated: under the condition of high temperature, the daily mean milk yield of treatment decreased by 2.2 kilograms, there wasn't a trend to drop (P>0.05); the daily mean milk yield of CK decreased by 0.71 kilograms and 0.7 kilograms. There were a highly significant: cant trend to drop (P<0.01). The butterfat rate of treatment increased by 0.32% from 3.25% to 3.66%, had a significant difference (P<0.05). It is to say , the mean milk yield and the butterfat rate increased by adding mini-nutrition compound in fodder.In the third experiment, the temperature in cowshed was drop down by adopting physical measure, to insure cow's heath in summer and promote milk performance. 10 cows of stable milk performance were randomly divided into two groups. For lower temperature, electric fans and water-pouring instruments were installed in cowshed. The results indicated: compared with CK, the temperature decreased by 10%, 12% and 9.2% respectively. Through test, the humidity decreased by 0.33%, that of CK decreased by 0.16%, but hadn't a significant difference (P>0.05).The results indicated: based on traditional ways, adopting difference nutrition's measures and physical drop in temperature benefited improving cow milk performance in yongzhou.
