In this study, centrifuge, ultra-filtration and spray-dry technologieswere adopted to determine the processing technology of plasma protein withfresh porcine blood as raw material. Furthermore, a certain amount of SDPPwas produced to research its effects on early-weaned piglet. The conclusionshows as following:In the separate experiment, single factor step design was adopted todetermine the effects of the centrifugal rotate speeds (1000,1500,2000,2500,3000,3500,4000,4500r/min) and the centrifugal times(5,10,15,20,25,30min) on the hemoglobin remnant. The result indicated that the hemoglobinremnant tends to drop and the plasma protein productivity increase with theincreasing of rotational speed. When the rotational speed was more than2500r/min (centrifugal force 1388g), the drop curve of hemoglobin remnantflattened out. The test about productivity indicated, when the rotationalspeed is more than 1500r/min, the increase of productivity is not significant(P>0.05).The optimum speed was 2500r/min (centrifugal force 1388g).With thetime delay, the hemoglobin remnant tends to drop, the productivity of plasmaprotein increase. The optimum centrifugal time was 10min.In the ultrafilters experiment, three factor(three levels) orthogonaldesign was investigated the effects of filter pressure(0.09,0.12,0.15MPa),filter time(18,24,30min) and pH value(7,8,9) on nutritional ingredientusing the textile fiber membrane as ultra filters material. The resultindicated that the optimum condition was that pH is 9, the pressure is 0.12MPa,circulates ultra filters time is 24 minutes. In the spray drying experiment, spray drying inlet temperature (200,230,260℃)and output temperature (70,80,90℃)was assayed to the influenceon the various nutrition ingredient. The result indicated that the moisturecontent tended to drop along with the output temperature's rising(P﹤0.05) wheninput temperature was certain. The output temperature influenced moresignificantly than inlet temperature (P﹤0.05) on moistur content.Thenitrogen solubility index (NSI) elevated along with the output temperature'srising. When the output temperature arrive to 90℃, NSI turned to drop. Atinlet/output temperature 230℃/80℃, NSI achieved the highest level. Thevariance in immunity globulin was consistent with that in NSI .Differentinlet/output temperature influence little on the CP content. The optimum drytemperature was 230℃/80℃。In the raising contrast experiment, fifty four 35days old weaned-pigletswas divided randomly into three groups to study its effect on early-weanedpiglet's growth performance and blood biochemistry index.Diets consisted ofown-produced SDPP, import SDPP and fish meal. The result indicated that, average day gain (ADG) of two SDPP groups increased significantly (P﹤0.05);diarrhea rate remarkably reduced (P﹤0.05) During the earlier period (1-10day);feed conversion rate (FCR) remarkably enhanced (P ﹤ 0.05).The ADG ofown-produced product was better than that of the import product, but nodifference was observed(P>0.05);the feed intake remarkably higher than theimport product's(P﹤0.05);FCR was increased, and the diarrhea rate is lowerthan the import product's but no difference was observed(P>0.05) .During thelatter period ,globulin content of two groups fed SDPP increases gradually(P>0.05).In summary, conclusion as follows:The best productive process of SDPP is that firstly pig blood is treatedfor 10min at centrifugal rotate speed 2500r/min ,then is processed under theconditions of pressure 0.12MP ,pH 9 , circulates ultra filters 24min, finallyis dried at inlet/output temperature 230℃/80℃.SDPP can be more effective when was added during the earlier period.Own-product can remarkably enhance feed intake of piglets, compared withimport product.
