At present,in order to enhance the pest and disease resistance of crops and increase the yield of grain,spraying pesticides is the main method of prevention and control.However,in the field of aviation pesticide plant protection spraying,the hydraulic induction electrostatic spray system is still the most widely used spraying system;this electrostatic spraying system has the disadvantages of weak droplet refining ability,small spraying area,large pesticide consumption,and high artificial spraying cost.Agricultural plant protection spraying not suitable for small plots in Southwest China.Based on the unique distribution of plant protection topography in southwest China and the analysis of electrostatic spray system at home and abroad,a centrifugal electrostatic spray system combining centrifugal atomization technology and electrostatic atomization technology was designed.The paper firstly analyzes the atomization process,the droplet charging mode,the droplet transport process and the deposition process of the droplets on the target crop leaves during the spraying process.And from the energy point of view,the calculation formula of the spray area and the theoretical drift rate of the droplet theory is proposed for the first time.The fluid simulation software ANSYS Fluent is used to simulate the nozzle operation parameters and structural parameters.The centrifugal electrostatic spray nozzle of the centrifugal electrostatic spray system is developed.spray performance test work,a test analysis of the measured droplet diameter of the nozzle,droplet charge to mass ratio of the drift rate,the spray area of the whole system,effects deposition.The results show that the centrifugal electrostatic spray system works stably,the droplet refining ability and charging ability are strong,the droplet deposition effect,the anti-drift ability of the droplets,and the distribution of the droplets on the positive and negative leaves of the plant all achieve good results.The theoretical value of the spray area,the theoretical drift value of the theoretical drop rate of the droplet and the test spray area and the test drift rate are not much different from each other,which indicates the spray area of the droplet of the centrifugal electrostatic spray head from the energy angle.The results of this study provide a new research direction and reference value for the future research of plant protection UAV electrostatic spray system.
