| Through analyzing capability of the present seeders for no-till maize and sprayers, a combine machine of spraying and no-till maize planting is developed, which can be used in two crops a year region of northern China. The machine can once complete pushing aside the stalk, ditching, fertilizing, seeding, covering, suppressing and spraying. The experiment proves that the work capability of the combine machine can meet the demand of no-till maize planting.As seeding and spraying at the same time, the combine machine can avoid the restriction of the agricultural time and guarantee to spray in time without overlap and misses. Moreover, it can reduce operation with lower input of labor, machinery and energy, and higher productivity. The working method of the mechanism is an effective measure to reduce operational cost and increase economic benefits.The structural design not only can realize fully spraying, but also can realize band spraying. And the structural design have already obtained the authorization of national practical new-type patent. |
