In this paper, be aimed at the actualities and problems of Cucumber cultural in early spring greenhouse, the cultural domino effects which touched the yields and the quality was analysed systematically. The technique system of high yield and quality was defined which fitted the native area. And the technique system of 'Jingyou No.1' was defined that adapted to the area along the bank of Yangzi river:In this paper, these experiment were carried out as follows, the comparison among the generation period, shape of plant, yield, quality and resistance capacity to disease of five cultivars as Beijing 101, Jingyou No. 10, Jingyou No.3, Jinglu No.3, Jingchun No.3 were studied. Using the ultivars Jingyou No. 10 as the material, the different mode and age of grow seedlings, different mode of transplanting were studied. The results show that the suitable cultivars for the native area was Jingyou No. 10 by the characteristic of premature, high yeild, strong resistance capacity, economy advantage, adapted to the low temperature and weak light in early spring, adapted to the custom of consumed. Using the Plug, the seedling was strong, the quality was better, recover quickly after transplanting. Under the plug and electrothermal mode, the seedling period was 45 days ,and the strong index was better, recovering quickly after transplanting, the early and total yield was higer , economical benefits was markedly. Using the big-small row of transplanting, the disease was declined and total yield was higer, the products quality was increased.
