Exon 2 of SLA-DQB and DRB from 96 PIC pigs was analysed by PCR-RFLP. T values Serum antibody against classical swine fever virus (CSFV) for 84 PIC pigs from the above population were detected and their association with RFLP genotypes were analysed.Three bands A, B and C from SLA-DQB exon 2 and 6 genotypes of AA, BB, CC, AB, AC, BC by HaeIII digestion were found with their frequency being 65.1%, 13.0% and 21.9% for the allele and 47.9%, 5.2%, 8.3%, 11.5%, 22.9% and 4.1% for the genotypes, respectively.Four types of band, I, J, K and L and 10 genotypes II, JJ, KK, LL, IJ, IK, IL, JL, JK and KL by Rsa I digestion were detected with their frequency being 29.2%, 48.4%, 5.7% and 16.7% for the alleles and 22.9%, 44.8%, 2.1%, 9.4%, 2.1%, 1.0%, 9.4%, 2.1%, 3.1%, 3.1% for genotypes, respectively. The correlation analysis indicated that CSFV antibody value from pigs with genotype CC of DQB exon 2 was higher that AA, AC, and AB with AB the lowest and IgG average value being 8.87, 7.72, 7.31 and 6.68, respectively. However, the differences in CSFV antibody value among the 4 genotypes were not significant.CSFV antibody value from pigs with genotype JJ of DRB exon 2 was higher than that of LL, IL, and II with II the lowest, and the average being 7.88, 7.80, 7.11 and 6.53, respectively. There existed significant differences between the antibody value of JJ and II genotypes.
