Classical swine fever (CSF) is a highly contagious disease of pigs caused by classical swine fevervirus which belongs to Flaviviridae, Pestivirus. Recently, CSF’s clinical symptoms and pathologicalchanges are becoming complicated and unidentified.Sometimes it may be mixed with otherdiseases.Mature pigs always reveal mild clinical symptoms such as difficulty on breed. Its clinicalsymptoms are often as abortion, stillbirth, mumrnified fetus, weak fetus and even some fake health fetus.All above situations caused heavy economic losses in pig industry.Pseudorabies (PR) is caused by pseudorabies virus (PRV). Its classical symptoms mainly include feverand encephalomyelitis. However, inapparent infection is a mainly symptoms in matured pig groups.It isremarkable that mature female pigs often reveal the symptom of difficult on breed.The PRV also causedfetus encephalomyelitis, septicemia even heavily diarrhoea.In order to determine the vaccine immune effect against CSF and evaluate the infection status of PRVwild strain in a large scale pig farm in Shaanxi province. The study was conducted to detect the antibodiesagainst CSFV and PRV in different developmental stages of pigs by ELISA.The results of CSFV antibody detection showed that the total positive rate reached84.32%(231/274),the positive antibody rates in different stages of pigs showed certain degree of difference, and were in69.64%-100%. Among them, the antibody positive rate of backup sows was100%, and the antibodypositive rates of boars, suckling piglets, pregnant sows and weaning piglets were96.43%,87.14%,86%and85%, respectively. The antibody positive rate in finishing pigs was69.64%, it is the lowest among allof the experimental group. The antibody positive rate in different individuals showed different blockingrates, and the discrete degree was as high as62.35%.The results of PRV gE antibody detection showed that the antibody positive rate of finishing pigs was16.67%,which was the highest among all of experimental groups, and the positive rates of weaning piglets,suckling piglets and pregnant sows were13.33%,8.82%,7.5%, respectively. PRV antibody total positiverate of four groups was11.64%.Test results reflect the effect of the immune of CSFV is good to a certain extent,the CSFV antibodylevel of finishing pigs and sucking piglets should be strengthened to improve. There are wild strains ofpseudorabies infection in pig industry,it is need to take measures to purify the herd pigs.
