Recent years, Pb contents in tea repeatedly go beyond the standard, this phenomenon often causes reject, detain, receding the goods, tea in zhejiang province. Pb contents beyond the standard is the obstacle of the tea export of zhejiang province and effects the development of tea economy in zhejiang province. At present , it is necessary to investigate and mensurate the cause that high Pb content of the tea and the circumstance of some standing tea plant in zhejiang province in order to promote the persist development of the tea production of zhejiang. Therefor the quality of the circumstance around the tea section in hangzhou and the quality of the tea sanitation have been investigated and mensurated under the stake of Science and Technology Office of zhejiang province from 2003 to 2005. This test is one part of the item. Based on the object, ten varieties of tea plant which are adaptive to plant in tea section of hangzhou are picked up. The ability of absorbtion and accumulation of the ten varieties have been compared through the investigation and mensuration on these tea gardens and potting experimentation. At the same time, we investigated and mensurated the change of the Pb content in the course of the procession.In this paper, the young leaves, the old leaves of longjing colony, longjing 43,lingjing changye, wuniuzao, yingshuang, zhenong 139, zhenong 138, zhenong 113, zhenong 117, anji baicha etc. and the soil have been investigated and mensurated which plant in lingjing village, meijiawu village, wai daqiao villay and Graduate school for tea science of Chinese agriculture. The result of the investigation and mensuration on the ten varieties planting in the growth garden around xihu area showed that: the Pb content of zhenong 117 is highest in ten varieties of tea plant, reached the level of best markedness. Longjing colony variety, zhenong 139 are both higher than longjing 43, zhenong 138, zhenong 113,longjing changye; longjing changye is obviously lower than other nines. Contemporary, sampling the soil, the Pb contents of mountain liuan and under big camphor of meijiawu is higher than others.It has been studied the absorbtion and accumulation of the nine varieties longjing 43,lingjing changye, wuniuzao, yingshuang, zhenong 139, zhenong 138, zhenong 113, zhenong 117, anji baicha etc. under 26PPM(CK). (200+26) PPM. (350+26) PPM treatment of Pb through the potting experiment. Their leaves have been investigated after 6 months, 10 months, 16 months and mensurate some organs of tea plants which have been treated by Pb strength for 16 months.
