Based on investigating the situations of anti-seepage channels and summering the technology of seasonal frozen soil region. Frost heaving mechanism of soil and characteristics are analysis in this paper, and characteristics and rules of channel-frozen problem are studied from structure breakage. A new structure of anti-seepage channel which is frost heaving resistant and economical is presented in paper, that puts forward theoretic foundation for construction of anti-seepage channels in frost soil region.The new type of frost heaving structure in this paper bases on optimized structure, and controls and leads the moisture which contains in channel foundation soil .It makes use of anti-seepage materials which are with the functions of anti-seepage and drainage.
