China is one of most water-scarce nations around the world, The per capitapossession of water resources is just a quarter of the world average. Agricultural wateris a larger proportion of the water resources consumption in China, With raising thewater using efficiency is one of center work for development the efficientwater-saving agriculture, And it is a key to solve the problem of water scarcity inagriculture. Heilongjiang Province is located in cold area in northern, There are alarge number of seasonal frozen soil and a small amount of permafrost. Canal aresuffered very serious frost heaving. Therefore, irrigation water suffered serious losses. As a consequence researching for frost seasonal frozen area in Heilongjiang provincehas important practical implications for the breaking of canal lining structure.Firstly, we research for the phenomenon of frosting canal in Bei’an Reclamation inHeilongjiang. It includes of damaging surface slope and channel bottom. Fieldresearching shows seasonally frozen canal damaging has restricted farmland irrigationcanal using water bottleneck effect at the northern cold area. Moreover, matrix soil inchannels bottom is the studying of soil in Bei’an Reclamation in Heilongjiang. Wevaried it for a one-dimensional model of frost heaving. We design, manufacture andcomplete the canal lining base soil frost heaving test. According to theone-dimensional model of frost heaving, We make orthogonal design for the impact offrost heaving force subsoil drainage initial moisture content, average frost temperature,pre-axial stress and soil porosity. The results showed that we obtained thecombination of parameters and factors in the influencing maximum heaving force andthe significance analysis. By quadratic rotation test, we obtained the regressionequation with the evaluation of various factors, and did the results of the optimizationprocess, we had the maximum frozen equation for the results of the optimizationprocess. According to the form and size of the actual canal in Bei’an Reclamation, wehad established ANSYS finite element model established. We simulated differentforms channels. By analyzing the characteristics of its force, the main factorsinfluencing in the channels is the temperature of the frosting heave damage. Comparison with experimental results, it indicate that the main factor in the initialmoisture content and temperature load are affecting channels heaving force.
