Effect Of Tilmicosin On Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of Tilmicosin on Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae(Mhp) by culture, lab trail and field trail.To determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the medicine, this experiment did the Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae culture in cultural medicum with differnet doses of Tilmicosin, and Tylosin as control. The results showed the MIC of Tilmicosin and Tylosin on MhpJ was 0.8ug/mL 0.1g/mL, respectively, and the effect of Tilmicosin on Mhp was better than that of Tylosin.According to the clinical and pathologic changes of the Xiaomeishan swine inculated with different dose of the Mhp Js stain, the effective affected dosage of Mhp was detected .Then,Cleanal iil pigs were processed with different dose of Tilmicosin and Tylosin. The results indicated that high and middle dose of Tilmicosin and Tylosin had significant effects on the pigs.The clinical signs, serum antibody and pathogeny of M. Pneumonias of swine(MPS) was investigated in Sutai hogpen in Zhangjiagang city, the results showed that positive incidence of MPS in the hogpen was 89.2%.With the fattening pig in Sutai hogpen in the effect of Tilmicosin on M. Pneumonias of swine(MPS) was investigated. Ninty fattening pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups each with 30 pigs,and wse as proctective therapy and control ,respectively .Based on the clinical signs, lung pathological change and serum antibody of the pigs at the end of slaughter, It indicated that there was significant difference between the protection group and the congtral (P < 0.05) , but there was no significant difference between the therapy groups and contral. It proved that Tilmicosin play a significant role in preventing M. Pneumonias of swine with the current medicine program.In summary, Tilmicosin has significant proactive effect on M. Pneumonias of swine.and it can be used in pig industtry.
