This thesis attempts to explore the main cause of mastitis to provide scientific basis for the prevention of disease in order to control and prevent mastitis effectively, which will result in the improvement of the quality of milk origin in Changsha. During the seven-month experiment, the author collects ninety milk samples from three main cow farms and the cow farms of the farmers in order to execute the cultivation and evaluation of the split of disease origin of mastitis. The author got three genes from these milk samples. According to foster character, shape feature and bio-chemical experiment, they are named Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Escherichia colitacillus. The experiment is also an attempt to make a anti-medicine test and a selection of medicine. The result shows that Staphylococcus have remarkable effect on the control of bacteria. Results also show that streptococcus is hyper-sensitive to Cefazolin(CZ), Cefalexin(CX), Amikacin(AN), Amoxicillin(AMX), Ampicillin(AM), Norfloxacin(NOR) ctc. And that Escherichia coli is medium-sensitive to Nitrofurantoin(FT), Cefalexin(CX), Kanamycin(KAN), Ofloxacin(OFL) and Ccfradine(CED).
