Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of bioactive soybean peptide(BSP) as feed additive on the performance, immune function and protein metabolism in broiler chicken, one hundred and eighty broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups, there were 6 repetition in each group and each group included 5 chicken. Contral group A was fed with based diets, antibiotic, 0.2%, 0.4 %, 0.6% and 0.8% BSP were added to group B,C, D, E and F complex with based diets respectively. The results showed that the more dosages of BSP were fed, the faster daily growth and the higher feed conversion rate were gained. Daily weight gain of group E was improved 2.89g and 1.84g than control (P<0.01) and antibiotics (P<0.01) respectively. Feed:gain rate of group E was 0.17 lower than control (P<0.05); the inclusion of SBP in the diet could increase the ability of immunity, the antibody level and lymphocyte activity was obvious better than that of control and antibiotics. index of immunity of group D, E and F were higher than control (P<0.05), ND antibody level of group E was 2.17 higher than control (P<0.01); SBP could increase the rate of protein metabolism, the datas of group E and F were enhanced by 2.66% and 2.41% compared with control (P<0.05) ;The profits of goup E were saved by 11.6% than control, and 4.1% than antibiotic. The study indicated soy-peptide could be used in broiler production effectively and lead to better results than anbiotic, the optimum addition was0.6% and virtual value was 240g / t.
