The non point source pollution is an important factor of the endangering global ecosystem environment currently.Along with ordering the gradual decrease of the point source pollution, the non point source pollution to have already become the most important and distributed the very extensive pollution source.For long time, the farmer think to apply fertilizer much and then can acquire high produce, so in farm crop plant process, usually apply fertilize mainly fatty too much in order to attain the exaltation of crop yield. Because of the year by year increase of the fatty usage quantity, and the phenomenon more and more widespread, turn the fatty usage efficiency to lower, to the pollution of the environment more and more heavy, this is the actuality that we must noticed.The western nation draws up the system and the measure to include the law, economic means and international pacts for long time research to prevent that the agriculture non point source pollution more and perfectly.Owing to the basic state of our country, can't promote this kind of way of the developed nation temporary currently, but worthy of study.According to the formation of the agriculture non point source pollution, the main solve measure have two: the first is to reduce the pollution quantity then the decrease fertilizer. The second is to reduce the dirty water to the lake and reduce the flows and leakage.The data show that the total phosphorus, total nitrogen of the region of the three gorges mainly comes from the region upper stream's water, the farmland flow and living dirty water of town.
