In view of the serious situation of non-point source pollution in Northeast China,strengthening the management of fertilizer application in paddy field has become the main measure to reduce the output of non-point source pollution.Under the same amount of exogenous nitrogen,With organic manure(biochar,manure)combined with chemical as base fertilizer,different organic fertilizer instead of quantity(the amount of biochar: 5t/ha,10t/ha and 20t/ha,the amount of manure: 5t/ha,10t/ha and 20t/ha)on Rice Yield and growth period of nitrogen and phosphorus element dynamic changes and microbial enzyme characteristics influence with7 treatments.Using fertilizer pattern for biochar(N1+B5?N2+B10?B20),the field water of NH4+-N?NO3--N and TN reaches maximum are in the first 3 days,then decreased to stable;TP within 5 days increased slightly;PO43--P in 4 days in slow decline trend and then declined rapidly to a stable.The content of NH4+-N in paddy soil reached the maximum after 9 days,and then decreased to a stable level.NO3--N,TN in 9 days after fertilization and 55 days to reach the peak,the first peak is about 2 times to second.Treatment of N1+B5?N2+B10soil TP reached maximum at 55 days.fertilizer with biochar promote the activity of phosphatase,and the effect on urease activity is small.The fertilizer and manure application,water TN,NH4+-N reached peak is in the first 3days,NO3--N in 2~5 days reached its peak,and decreased to a stable;TP,PO43--P in fertilization after day 1 was the highest,followed by a rapid decline to a stable.5 days,30 days,7 days is control of NH4+-N?NO3--N?TN output an important period,the manure soil NH4+-N?NO3--N?TN?TP concentration with biochar were similar.Manure improve soil phosphatase andurease activity.Compared with the comprehensive benefits found that the N1+B5?N2+B10are better.The N and P output load of N1+B5were decreased by 45% and 34.5%,and the economic benefit increased by 11.7%.The output load of N and P in the treatment of N2+B10decreased by 39.2% and 42.1%,and the economic benefit increased by 10.36%.N2+B10applied 10 t manure instead of fertilization is the most economical method.
