Two breeds of sheep, Poll Dorset and Mongolian Sheep were used in this study. Each kind of sheep was divided into three groups that was lamb group, young group and adult group, 30 sheep per group. There were 180 sheep.Copper Zine and Manganese in the serum and wool,Superoxide dismutase in the wool were determined by using fluorospectrophotomery and visible spectrophotofluorometry . The results showed that: The levels of Copper Zine and Manganese in the serum and wool of Mongolian Sheep were significantly higher than that of Poll Dorset in spring and autumn,The effect of season and breed was marked difference(p<0.05);The activity of T-SOD Mn-SOD and O-. in serum samples of Poll Dorset was significantly higher than that of Mongolian sheep in Spring and Autumn, but the levels of CuZn-SOD were contrary,The effect of season and breed was marked difference(p<0.05);For the same breed, lamb, young and adult sheep, the activity of T-SOD Mn-SOD and O-. in the serum were marked difference(p<0.05),The basic disciplinarian for the activity of T-SOD and Mn-SOD. in serum was that adult sheep was the highest and lamp sheep was the least,For the activity of O-. in the serum, young sheep was the least. The experiment proved that the levels of Copper Zine and Manganese in the seram and wool, the activity of T-SOD CuZn-SOD Mn-SOD and O-. in serum samples, those maybe one of the reasons that the susceptibility of disease of Poll Dorset was higher than that of Mongolian sheep under the same conditions. There was interrelated between the levels of Copper Zinc and the activity of CuZn-SOD in the serum,There was interrelated between the activity of T-SOD and O-. in the serum.
