Litchi is a famous fruit in the south region of China. In Hainan Island, there is an advantage of earliness in litchi cultivation. But because of the unfitted winter meteorological factors (MF) and harmed by warm damage, the yield is unsteady. In the present study, the effect between the meteorological factors and litchi flower bud differentiation (FBD) were researched from the trees' physiological factors. And the statistical models between the meteorological factors and flower bud differentiation were gained through endogenous phytohormones (including the equilibrium of hormones) and carbonitride of litchi. Through the study, some scientific measures can be offered according to the actual weather to lighten the warm damage. In the study, the everyday meteorological factors during development of litchi FBD were observed; the concentrations of GA3, ABA ZR and IAA, in the tresses of three positions (high parts, middle parts and lower parts of canopies), two directions (northeast and southwest), two litchi cultivars (Litchi chincnsis Sonn. cv. Feizixiao and Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv. Edanli), were measured by using plant growth regulators immunoassay (PGRIA), reagent of ELISA, and ELX800 Ultra Microplate Reader; and the concentrations of carbonitride in litchi tresses were measured, too; the results of the litchi flower bud differentiation were observed. And the analyses of partial least twice-multiplied regression were carried, too. The results are summarized as follows:1. During the litchi FBD, notable differences existed in the concentrations of endogenous phytohormones and carbonitride of two different litchi cultivars. Differences existed but not notable in statistics in the concentrations of endogenous phytohormones and notable in statistics in the concentrations of carbonitride of two different directions. It shows that sampling directions do not affect the distribution of the concentrations of endogenous phytohormones and but affect those of carbonitride in the tresses of the same trees. And notable differences existed in the concentrations of different parts, and it shows that high parts, middle parts and lower parts of canopies affect the concentrations of them in the litchi tresses of the same trees.2. According to the multianalysis of regression between the meteorological factors and the trees factors and between the trees factors and the items of litchi FBD, these...
