In this paper, four experiments were conducted to study the effects of prevention of piglet anemia by adding iron amino acid chelate in sow diet and the Relationship between Tf concertration and growth character.Experiment â… , Preventing of piglet anemia by adding different iron level in sow diet: Fe-Amino that supplemented with 60mg/kg(group 1), 100 mg/kg(group 2), 140 mg/kg(group 3) diet (Fe count) were conducted during 4 weeks prenatal and 3 weeks postpartum to study the effect of preventing of piglet anemia by adding different iron level in sow diet. Twenty-four sows selected identical breed, the similar parity and similar date of parturition were bred and assigned to three treatments. Results showed that dietary iron levels in sow diet have no significant difference on the number of newborn piglets , and daily weight of piglet among defferent treatment groups(P>0.05). The number of the ablactated piglets(twenty-eight days) of the 2 group was significantly higher 0.90 head and 0.78 head than other two groups, and litter weight of the ablactated piglets of the 2 group was significantly higher 9.71 kg, 10.93kg than other two groups respectively. There was no significant difference on the other groups. Although litter weight of the newborn piglets of the 3 group was more significant higher than 1 and 2 group, litter weight of the ablactated piglets and the average weight of the ablactated piglets were all less than 2 group. The Hb of the 2 group was significantly higher than others; There was no significant difference on the RBC of the sow and the RBC, Hb of the piglets. But with the increasing of dietary iron level, they would be increasing. It released the problem of the piglet anemia to a certain extent. The dietary iron levels have no significant difference on the iron of liver, spleen and duodenum(P>0.05), but have significant difference on SI, TIBC, the iron of kidney and small intestine (P<0.05), and iron concentration of these tissue and organ of newborn piglet increased with increasing of dietary iron level .Piglet TIBC of 1 group was more higher. It shows that there was lack of iron in the body of piglet. Iron concentration in colostrum of sow were no significant defference among three groups, and the concentration increased with increasing of dietary iron level. Comparing with other two groups, SI and TIBC of 3 group were all significant different. It can significant increace the performance of piglet and the iron level of piglet, and sow by adding 100mg/kg amino acid cheletd in sow diet.Experiment â…¡, Preventing of piglet anemia by adding different iron source in sow diet: Twenty-four sows selected identical breed, the similar parity and similar date of parturition were bred and assigned to...
