Direct discharge of untreated livestock manure pollute the environment,anaerobic fermentation is an important way for resource utilization,this study using animal manure as the main raw material for fermentation,reduce waste emissions and effectively link farming agriculture and animal husbandry,physicochemical properties and heavy metal content in the concentration detection of livestock and poultry manure biogas slurry,and compared with the analysis of conventional pig farm biogas slurry and concentrated slurry molasses.In this paper,the effects of biogas slurry on the properties of pepper,balsam pear and soil were studied based on the concentration of nutrient requirement of crops.(1)The selection of fermentation raw materials from the source of livestock manure biogas slurry concentration,compared with conventional pig biogas slurry can effectively improve the unit volume of nutrient content.Concentration of livestock and poultry manure biogas slurry was slightly alkaline,three nutrient content is rich,the total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,15.93g/L 0.98g/L 6.95g/L,containing humic acid,active components of organic matter and humic acid content conforms to the standard of humic acid liquid fertilizer NY1106-2010,containing trace elements in magnesium,calcium,sulfur-boron,manganese,copper,zinc,a total of 0.48%molybdenum,iron,chromium,cadmium,lead,arsenic did not exceed the standard,in accordance with the industry standard.(2)Irrigation concentrated livestock manure biogas slurry formula fertilizer can promote crop growth,extend the harvest period,a growing amount of Zhou Qishi(below)40.5 kg/667 square meters,the growth of pepper traits best,plant height,maximum leaf area,fruit length increased by 37.51%and 7.25%respectively compared with the blank,16.01%square meters;the rate of 56.3 kg/667,the growth of balsam pear the best traits,fruit length,fruit diameter,thickness increased by 21.06%and 7.79%respectively compared with the blank,14.47%,no significant difference with conventional fertilization,(3)Compared with the blank,watering livestock manure biogas fertilizer concentration,chlorophyll content in pepper leaves increased 16.18%-39.55%,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance increased 13.72%-28.44%increased 8.64%-26.18%,intercellular C02 concentration increased 4.74%-16.51%,transpiration rate increased by 17.80%-24.68%,the water use efficiency has no obvious change;the content of chlorophyll in leaves of balsam pear increased 10.98%-32.55%,increased 15.20%-20.16%6.98%-11.63%,stomatal conductance increased,intercellular C02 concentration increased 2.56%%-11.27%,transpiration rate increased 9.26%-22.61%,8.07%-9.02%water use rate increased net photosynthetic rate,visible concentration of biogas slurry based fertilizer can improve crop photosynthetic ability.(4)Water concentration biogas slurry fertilizer can enhance the economic characteristics of crop yield,fertilizer 40.5 kg/667 square meters when the pepper yield was the highest,and compared to conventional inorganic fertilizer,fruit number per plant increased 7.21%,fruit weight per plant increased by 8.70%square meters;the rate of 56.3 kg/667 when the highest yield of balsam pear,yield increased 3.86%-23.35%,and pepper,bitter gourd fruit weight(single firuit weight)did not significantly improve.(5)Compared with the conventional inorganic fertilizer,biogas slurry irrigation concentrated fertilizer pepper after reducing sugar decreased,crude protein increased 8.63%,vitamin C,nitrate had no obvious change;bitter gourd vitamin C increased by 9.32%-18.57%,reducing sugar had no obvious change,crude protein decreased,nitrate reduced 11.75%-19.65%,concentration of biogas slurry fertilizer can improve the visible application of pepper crude protein,bitter gourd vitamin C content,reduce the salt content in crop nitrate,on the other quality indicators do not improve.(6)The concentration of nitrogen and nitrogen fertilizer of biogas slurry was divided into four stages,which could promote the photosynthetic characters,improve the fruit quality,promote crop yield and soil properties.Compared with before planting,application of biogas slurry fertilizer concentration after pepper soil pH increased 1.29%-2.40%,increased 6.80%-11.71%,organic matter nitrogen increased 0.97%-24.22%,total nitrogen and available potassium increased 15.15%-56.57%increased 6.06%-27.67%;available phosphorus increased 24.22%-45.36%.The soil pH of Momordica charantia L.increased 1.27%-5.09%and organic matter increased by 3.49%-14.17%and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen increased 1.68%-19.12%and total nitrogen increased by 8.64%-29.63%,available potassium increased by 2.36%and available phosphorus increased by 2.65%-6.29%.
