The main purpose of the study is to discuss that shading has an effect on thephotosynthetic rate, Gs,fluorescence parameters and SOD activity, which are affected bythe high temperature, strong light and different water treatments. The study providestheoretic support and technical instruction for the good quality of the kiwifruit and theincreasing production. From this experiment we can obtain the following conclusions: 1. Under no shading, the change of Pn is a one-trough curve in a day. And the curve ishigher than that of one under water stress. 2.During the experiment, under the same shading and the different moisture treatment,Pn isn't notably different. But under the different shading, Pn is notably different betweenthe moisture treatment. Under the different shading , Pn is notably different under thedifferent moisture treatment. The sequence of Pn is 50%shading>CK>80%shading>70%shading. But the sequence of the Pn under the water stress is :50%shding>80%shading >70%shading> CK. 3. Under no shading and different water treatments, the change of Gs is a one-troughcurve in a day. 4. During the experiment, under the same shading and the different moisturetreatment, Gs isn't notably different. But under the different shading, Gs is notablydifferent between the moisture treatment. Under the different shading, Gs which is affectedby the different water treatments is notably different. Under the normal water and80%sahding, Gs is the largest. Under the water stress, the sequence of the Gs is CK,70%shading, 50%shading, 80%shading. Under the water stress, the change of Gs is a peak-trough curve in a day. During the treatment, Gs drops in the first day, increases in thesecond day, but drops in the third day. The trend of decrease lasts 4 days. 5. Under the same shading, Fm isn't notably different between the different watertreatments. But under the no shading and the different shadings, Fm is notably different.Under the normal irrigation, Fm isn't notably different between 80%sahding and70%shading. But it is notably different between no shading and 50%shading, under thewater stress and 80%shading. Fm is the largest. 6. Under the same shading, Fo isn't different between the different water treatments.But under the no shading and the different shadings, Fo is notably different. Under thenormal irrigation, Fm isn't notably different between 80%sahding, 70%shading and CK. Itis notably different under no shading. Under the normal irrigation, the sequence of dropof Fo is: CK, 50%shading, 70%shading and 80%shading. 7. During the treatment, the change is a two-trough curve with the normal irrigation.The curve in 26th is higher than in 24th July .The change of the curve is lower than theprevious days. The change of the curve of Fv/Fm is an ordinary line. But Fv/Fm increaseswith the increase of shading rate. The change of the curve of Fv/Fm is a trough curve. The curve under water stress islower than the one under the normal irrigation. But the curve under water stress is two-trough curve in 26th. The curve is much lower than the one in 24th. In 28th, the CKtreatment was dead. But the whole change is not obvious during 3 days. The sequence ofthe change is 50% <70%< 80%. 8. SOD increases rapidly under water stress and no shading. After it reaches to the top,it drops quickly. SOD also increases quickly under no shading and 50% shading in normalirrigation. And it begins to drop in the third day. But it is higher finally under 50% shadingthan the one under no shading. The trend of the change of SOD increases firstly and thendrops under 70% and 80% shading. But the raising range is different. The rate of shading islarger, the change of SOD is gentle, and it keeps on a higher level finally. Under the condition of the normal irrigation, SOD rises quickly and then drops. Thechange of 50% shading in the first day is similar to the second day. But on the second day,the increase of SOD becomes less and less. After the third day, SOD begins to drop.Finally SOD is higher under 50% shading than the one under no shading. Its changeb...
