Iron-deficiency anemia has been global nutritional disease for a numberof years. We can produce high quality vegetable through increasing Fe contentof vegetable to improve Fe nutrition condition of human body. A pot and aplot experiment were conducted to study the best proportion of N K Fe; theability of absorbing Fe difference between each genotypic rape; the influenceon rape of Fe form, soil type and fertilization method to supply scientificfertilization gist for the production of high quality vegetables. The majorresults as follows:1. N fertilizer could increase the yield of rape obviously; the effect of K or Fefertilizer is not as good as N fertilizer. Fe fertilizer could increase active Fecontent, but the superfluous Fe can decrease the active Fe content; theconnection between nitrate content and N level is positive correlation. K or Fefertilizer can control the nitrate content, the effect is obvious when the N levelis very high especially. N K Fe fertilizer can increase the vitamin C content toa certain extent, but too high N level is not good for accumulation of vitaminC.2. Select synthetically excellently by mathematics simulation, the optimumapplilcation rates was Critic acid-Fe:118.18~144.17kg/hm2,CO(NH2)2,K2SO4:585.23~673.65 kg/hm2。3. The physiological index difference between each genotypic rape wasobvious. The proper Fe level can increase active Fe content, the activity ofcatalase and peroxidase, but there was obvious difference between eachgenotypic rape; the Fe accumulation index and transfer efficiency differencebetween each genotypic rape was obvious, the Fe accumulation index ofleaves was much higher than stem; siyueman was iron-efficient genotype rape...
