Vegetable is the main food for human,it provide many nutiment to flesh, such as animalcule, mineral, protein, aminophenol and sugar. Spinach, rape and tomato are the most extensive planted vegetables. They have upper value of commodity. Calcium is very important to the anima, which effects upgrowth and metabolism to the God,s image. How to improve the calcium which is contented by vegetable and is absorbed by the living. That has vital signification to improve the value of the vegetable and to strengthen the people.A Soil column and pot experiment were conducted to study the characteristics of the movement of calcium in uprightness direction in Brown-soil; the ability of absorbing calcium difference between each genotypic rape; the influence on rape of nitrogen form and connect difference calcium quantity with difference regulator to the enrich Ca,in order to supply scientific fertilization gist for the production of high quality vegetable. The major results as follows:1.In a middling rainfall condition, calcium eluviate and movement in uprightness direction. In the range of 0-600mg/kg,with the increase of calcium which input to the soil, loss of the calcium is markedness heighten to 48.6-80.4%; suitable combination of calcium and phosphorous can make the eluviate rate reduce by 31.8%; the availability calcium is markedness increased by 2.2-22.4%.it can enhance the availability calcium in soil effectually and reduce eluviate rate of calcium.2.The contents of Ca forms are differences of genotypes, feasible Ca can improve the contents. The main Ca form is oxalic acid Ca,it`s content is about 50%.The next is Pectate Ca. They all increase with the input of calcium.
