Cuprum and zincum both are not only essential nutritive elements forgrowth and development of crops in soil, but also the heavy metals pollutingthe environment. In the agricultural activities, heavy metals from atmosphere, mineral fertilizer, pesticide, wastewater irrigation and industrial waste materialall enter the soil directly and result in the cumulation of cuprum and zincum inlarge amounts in soil. They destroy the balance of nutritive elements in soilenvironment, reduce the production and quality of farm produce and threatenthe heath of mankind and livestock. Therefore the pollution of cuprum andzincum on soil-plant environment are paid much attention broadly nowadays, and how to mensurate fleetly the content of cuprum and zincum in soil, simplyand conveniently is becoming the difficult problem to be solved urgently. This paper developed a comprehensive test technology based on themethod of routine analysis and the request of agricultural rapid test. Itquickened the routine analysis mensuration and shortened the test period, while the measuring accuracy could also meet the need of mesurationrequirement. Firstly, spectrophotometer was chosen due to its properties ofportative, simplicity and convenience within the scope of accuracy request;secondly, the unique M3-dithionze method for mensuration of the heavy metalcuprum and zincum was formed because of the optimal experimentalreagent---Mehlich3 lixiviating reagent and dithionze developer, both perfectfor the unite lixiviating for many kind of heavy metals and their mensuration;Thirdly, the relativity research was carried out between M3-dithionze methodand the routine analysis ( DTPA-AAS method). Meanwhile, the analysis ofreproducibility and recovery rate was also probed into in detail; fourthly, theform of cuprum and zincum extracted with M3-dithionze method as well asthe relativity of the content of cuprum and zincum between arid soil and wetsoil were discussed here in order to prove the categoricalness of this method. The main results were as follows.1. Situation of test soil The test soil was from 0~20cm sample in Longkou, Shandong Province. The physicochemical properties were listed here: 5.7 < PH <7.5, 0.95
