In this study, we choose the FSHR gene as the candidate gene of the breeding trait, then amplified, sequenced, sequence blasted and PCR-SSCP tested the 5' regulating region and the first exon of different goat breed. The purpose was to explore the sequence different among the different goat breed and the effect of the sequence polymorphism to the maternal Boer goat propagate and superovulation, and further more provided gist for the increase of the ovulation number and embryo avalible rate.One:The result of this study showed that the FSHR gene 5' sequence of laiwu black goat, laoshan milk goat and Boer goat were different in length which were main devive from the base mutation , inserted or absence. Thereinto , the length of boer goat was 981 base pair , the length of laiwu black goat was 968 base pair and the length of laoshan milk gost was 969 base pair. Compared with Boer goat, there were 12 base mutation, 13 base shorted and 1 base inserted in the laiwu black goat, and there were 12 base mutation, 13 base shorted in laoshan milk gaot. However, there were only three base different between the laoshan milk goat and the laiwu black goat which the homology between them were 99.69%.Two: Tthe result of PCR-SSCP analysis showed that the 5'-1 sequence of Boer goat 5'sequence presenced polymorphism, but the 5'-2, 5'-3 and 5'-4 didn't presence polymorphism. The 5'-1 sequence occurred two genotype: AA and AB. The result of sequenced showed that the fifty-twice of 5'-1 base mutated, from G to A.Statical analysis indicated that the predominant genotype was AA, and the predominant gene was A. The genotype frequency of AA was 0.8400, and the gene frequency of A was 0.9200. The result of X2 test showed that the x2=0.7056, and P=0.4009(P<0.05), so the Boer goat population was on the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium situation. The polymorphism information content (PIC) showed that the PIC of 5'-1 was 0.1364, so the polymorphism information content was lower degree polymorphism.Three: The result of satistically analyzing showed that the differentia of theovulation between the AA genotype goat and the AB enotype goat was most remarkable (P=0.001) and the average avalible embryo rate was remarkable (P=0.044), however the effect of year and the interaction of year and genotype was not remarkable.
