In this research,the high reproduction related gene including growth differentiation factor-9(GDFP),bone morphogenetic protein-15(BMP15),Bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB,follicle stimulating hormone receptor(FSHR),inhibin-a(INHA) have been chosen as candidate gene. Analysis the polymorphism and the relationship between the genotype and the amount of the litter of the5genes in Hebei cashmere goat(30single lamb,30twin lambs),Meigu black goat(42),Chengde black goat(18)and Henan Huai goat(52) by the method of PCR-RF-RFLP and PCR-SSCP. The result shows:1. Mutations in FecGHof GDF9, in B2, B4of BMP15and in FecB of BMPR-IB were not found in the four goat breeds by the technology of PCR-RELP and PCR-SSCP. This indicates that these three genes are more conservative and no polymorphism.2, Detect the FSHR gene by th method of PCR-SSCP, three genes were found, HH, HK,KK. In the four goat breeds, the frequency of allele H is higher than the allele K. After Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test, Meigu black goat and Henan Huai goat were found the value ofx2reach to significant, it has deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.During the independence test for%, between the high fecundity goat and low fecundity goat were found highly significant difference (cashmere goat,Chengde black goat, Meigu black goat) or significant difference(cashmere goat,Chengde black goat,Henan Huai goat). There are some difference between high fecundity goat and low fecundity goat.The number order of genetypes in Hebei cashmere goat and Henan Huai goat is HH>KK>HK and in Meigu black goat is HK>HH>KK. Meigu black goat and Henan Huai goat are moderate polymorphic (PIC>0.25),but the other goat are low polymorphic.From the analysis of least square method, least squares mean of litter size of goat having litter records for FSHR genetypes are not significant.3、Research INHA by PCR-RFLP, three genes were found in four goat breeds, AA,AB,BB.cashmere goat,Chengde black goat reach to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium status, but the Meigu black goat, Henan Huai goat have deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.During the independence test forx2, both single lambs and twin lambs of cashmere goat have highly significant difference with Meigu black goat(.P<0.01),twin lambs of cashmere goat has highly significant difference with Henan Huai goat in the distribution of genotype (P<0.01),single lambs of cashmere goat has significant difference with Henan Huai goat(P<0.05), Meigu black goat has highly significant difference with Henan Huai goat. And Chengde Black goat has little significant difference with other goat breeds. The number order of genetypes in low fecundity goat is AA>AB>BB, but in high fecundity goat is AB>AA>BB. Except Hebei cashmere goat(single lamb) the other goats are moderate polymorphic(PIC>0.25). This indicate that restriction site has some relationship with the fecundity of goat.From the analysis of least square method, least squares mean of litter size of goats having litter records for INHA genetypes are not significant.
