Biological ultraweak luminescence is a kind of chemiluminescence with low level, Which is a common phenomenon in all being, and it provides important information of organic metabolic reaction, conversion of energy and other vital activities. In this experiment, we determined and compared instance of ultraweak luminescence managed by 30% PEG and 60% PEG during the generation of the wheat seeds, activity alteration of antioxidase and total protein level; and then we determined ultraweak luminescence, the activity of antiperoxidase, photosynthetic pigment and protein level of blade in the growing process. We also determined ultraweak luminescence and all kinds of antioxidase activity of young panicles in the heading stage. Otherwise we investigated the effect of glutathione transferase, glutathione reductase, catalase and peroxidase of young embryos in 45℃. The results indicate that treatment with PEG can enhance the strength of ultraweak luminescence of the seeds, alter the change trend of ultraweak luminescence, and affect antioxidase activity and protein level, there are different impact in the treatment with PEG of different concentration, the generation rate of the seeds obviously increases with 30% PEG, but the generation rate decreases with 60%PEG. During the growing process, the ultraweak luminescence of flag leaves has positive correlation with CAT and POD activity; and has negative correlation with AP activity and protein level. Last but one blade has positive correlation with CAT, POD and AP activity, and has negative correlation with protein level. In the process of young spike's development, the activity of CAT and AP is in accordance with the change of activity of SOD, in the beginning phase of seed grain, both of them are in high active level. The ultraweak luminescence of seed grain is in the lowest level in the first and second weeks. There is a pinnacle of luminescence intension in the third week, and after the fourth week the level of luminescence falls. Otherwise, the glutathione transferaseactivity of young embryo enhance clearly treat with heat shock and activity positive correlation with time of treatment, in the treating process, peroxidase and catalase activity decrease before increase, heat shock has not clear effect with GR activity. GST activity positive correlation with protein level.
