In this paper, studied the basic physiology characteristic of Coregouns peledsperm in Sailimu lake. It also studied the relations between the sperm motility and thesolution osmolarity of four different solutes, NaCl,KCl,D-Glucose,D-Fructose.The results showed, after leave body after the 2~3 hours, the sperm motilitystarted to descend quickly. under the condition of low temperature 3℃,sperm couldcontain motility for a long time than under the condition of high temperature 12℃.Coregouns peled sperm density was 2.78×1010 tail ·ml–1,it was similar to mostfresh water fishes. This showed, in artificial fertilization, the female and malecomparison was 1:1~1.5.The Coregouns peled sperm motility optimum osmolarity was 395.7 kPa ~442.3 kPa.In 395.7 kPa~442.3 kPa, Na+ could extend sperm fast movement time(FT) andlife time(LT) span significancely, they reached 96.32 s and 143.50 s.In 229.4×10-3 kPa solution, K+ could extend FT and LT span. When it washigher than 458.8×10-3 kPa, K+ began to inhibited the sperm motility. When there were Na+ and K+,the inhibition of K+ seemed to be alleviated. In 395.7 kPa~442.3 kPa, both of the D-Glucose and D-Fructose could extendedsperm motility span. The effect was better than Na+.This showed that the spermatozoacould used extracellar energy to increase their motility and to extended life span. Butthere were some difference between absorption and utilization of the spermatozoa tothe three monoses.
