In this study, Heinong41 was used as materials, field culture experiment was conducted under thecondition of irrigation in Xinjiang. And the effect of plant density on the growth and development, nitrogenphosphorus kalium absorption and distribution were studied. The main results are as follows:1.The configuration and physiological index of Heinong41 while the yield outweigh 5.16t/ hm2 are asfollows: Plant heights are 99.83-117.80 cm, and stem thick are 0.693-0.771 cm. The max increasing speedof plant height and stem thick appear at 50-53d and 29-33d after seedling. The number of branches is0-1.And the NO. node of caulis are 14-15.The length between nodes are 5.42-5.96 cm. The length ofleafstalk extends the most value at 6-7 leaf. And the longest leafstalk are 23.9-27.0 cm. The dry matteraccumulation per plant are 28.1-34.9g. The max increasing speed of dry matter accumulation appear at76-79d after seedling. LAImax are 5.58-6.09 and appear at graining. The leaf areas of middle and top tieroccupy 70.5-76.4% and the duration of it is longer. The photosynthetic force of spring soybean are151.46-166.63 m2·d /m2 at graining. The number of available legume and seed, seed weight per plant are24-35 and 61-90,11.69-16.88g.The legume of main stem occupy 93.6-100%.And the yield of middle andtop tier occupy 88.69-90.83%.The seed/leaf of top and middle are 129.24-165.56 and 91.76-107.46.2. The configuration index of Heinong41 under the condition of high-yield while falling are as follows:The plant height exceed 83.41cm.The length between nodes exceed 5.82cm.The proportion of lengthbetween nodes and stem thick exceed 8.08.The plant height/stem thick exceed 115.85.And the stem thicksmaller than 0.72cm.3.The fertilizer needed of spring soybean in different plant density are different. The nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium fertilizer needed of spring soybean increased with the increasing of plant density. The quantity of nitrogen needed of 37.5×104plants/hm2 extended the most .And the quantity ofphosphorus and kalium needed of 45.0×104-52.5×104plants/hm2 extended the most .The quantity ofnitrogen, phosphorus and kalium reduced along with the increasing of plant density afterward. We shouldincrease the quantity of fertilizer employed with the increasing of plant density. The quantity of nitrogenfertilizer used should reduce, and phosphorus and kalium fertilizer used should increase accordingly.
