The experiment was conducted to study the cultivate factors that effect the yield of new hybrid rapeseed "youyan1707".The mathematical model of planting density,nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer applied amount for plot yield of was established by quadratic general regressive rotation design with three factors.The result was showed as follows.1.According to the fine selection,on the conditions of the seedling transplanting,the scheme of cultural model for yielding above 3000kg/hm~2 was obtained from the mathematical model as follows:the density of 68220-75180 plants/hm~2,applying nitrogenous fertilizer 267.375-302.7kg/hm~2 and kainite fertilizer 208.425-260.025 kg/hm~2.2.In the Yielding-effect Analysis of univarate,density had the largest effect on it,the nitrogenous fertilizer application amount took the second place and kainite fertilizer application amount has the smallest effect.The effect of the nitrogenous fertilizer and the kainite fertilizer applicaion amount and density interaction was that,when the kainite fertilizer was 225 kg/hm~2 and the density increased from 35715 plant/hm~2 to 85230 plant/hm~2,yield increased with the increase of kainite fertilizer application amount.When the density increased from 35715 plant/hm~2 to 75000 plant/hm~2 and under the same nitrogenous fertilizer application rate,yield increased.But the yield had a tendency to decrease when the density was above 75000 plant/hm~2 and continued to increase.When the nitrogenous fertilizer was 225kg/hm~2 and the density increased from 35715 plant/hm~2 to 85230 plant/hm~2,yield increased with the increasing of kainite fertilizer application rate.Yield increased when the density increased from 35715 plant/hm~2 to 75000 plant/hm~2 and under the same kainite fertilizer application amount but decrease if the density continue increase.Low nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer application amount had little effect on yield,but yield increased fast with the increase of nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer application amount.3.Both different density and different nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer application amount have effect on the harvest index and the agronomic characters,The harvest index increased with the decrease of density and the increase of nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer application in certain range.Density affected harvest index more than fertilizer.With the decrease of density and the increase of nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer application amount,effective branch height decreased and plant height,stem diameter,primary branch number,secondary branch number all increased.In this research,dry matter of plant increased with decrease of density and increase of nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer application amount.Density was the most import effect factor for the dry matter of plant,and had higher effect than nitrogenous fertilizer and kainite fertilizer.In certain range,dry matter weight was positively correlated with yield Dry matter would increase at low-density,but the total production hadn't clear advantage because of the decrease of total plant number.In whole developing stage,LAI firstly increased and then decreased.LAI increased with the increase of density and nitrogenous fertilizer application but was not significantly correlated with kainite fertilizer application.4.The nitrogenous,phosphor and kainite amount was rising during the whole growth stage.With the increasing of nitrogenous application amount,nitrogen accumutation of plant increased,density and kainite application amount had little effect on it.Density had the greatest effect on potassium accumutation besides kainite application amount,The nitrogenous had the smallest nitrogenous application amount had the greatest effect on phosphor accumutation,density took the second place,and kainite application had the smallest effect on phosphor accumutation.During the whole growth stage,the nutrient accumulate rate was the fastest between seeding stage and bolting stage,slower after bolting stage,the nutrient accumulate rate was stable between pod in growth period to mature period.5.There is varying degrees of positive correlation between grain yields and component factors of high yield.Effective number of plant per unit area of is the largest direct effect on yield(path coefficient 0.8364).Weight of a thousand seeds(path coefficient 0.3805) and the single effective silicle number(path coefficient 0.3075) is the second.The angle number of seeds(path coefficient 0.2188) is the smallest.6.The impacts of Cultural Factors on the oil content of grain all reach a significant level.Nitrogen application is the largest effect on the oil content of grain.Density is the second.Kalium application is the smallest.
